The Church Trails give children age 8-12 the opportunity to explore the history, architecture, art and furnishings in a local church.
The use of a illustrated questionnaire enables the children to follow a trail, so they can explore the church in a fun and educational way. Its interactive, with the opportunities for contributions which will enhance their learning.
Nationally, schools have found this invaluable.
The questionnaire is developed by members, in partnership with the church, and other experts as required.
The Children’s Trail of St Clements Church in Sandwich has been completed and will be launched in the Spring 2020
