Having joined The Art Society Sandwich you are a lover of the arts, and some of you are artists yourselves. This year we have a wonderful opportunity to display and share our own works of art with our members and the public.
TASS have organised the use of St Marys Church in Strand Street, Sandwich from the 29th July to 1st August 2022 inclusive, giving our talented artists and their families a platform to sell or just to show their work. We are also inviting members of Dover, Deal and Sandwich Arts Society to contribute their works.
We hope this encourages others to explore their own talents. It will also allow us to showcase our Arts Society and encourage new members to learn and experience the joy of all art forms through expert lectures and study days.
If you wish to participate, either exhibiting your works, visiting or helping ‘man’ a session in the church for a morning or afternoon, please contact Christine Ratcliffe, by 7th July 2022 to book your place, volunteer or for any further information.
We will need to know how many paintings you want to display, each of which should be ready to hang. If you would like to exhibit sculptures, textiles, ceramics, glass etc. we will need a brief description of the work. We will have display stands for the paintings and tables available to display your pieces.

A 20% commission will be taken for any sales by the Arts Society Sandwich to help cover the costs. Donations of course would always be welcome.
